No worries. I will not be doing glitter covered cards this year. And my glitter is usually the larger stuff.

I cant express my gratitude for all the work you and the elves do to keep this tradition going. I am sure DS is up there smiling, thinking to herself oh dear Lord here goes Dragn again lol

One of my new favorite traditions! Thank you for coordinating everything and working hard at a time of year that is ALWAYS busy!

I'm the BS. WH had an EA/PA with a cOW. DDay was 4/17. Working on R. Married 15 years and together 20 at DDay.
DDay #2 and #3 6/19. Grew a conscience and admitted a full blown physical affair.
Current and forever status is reconciling. I don't

I signed up on time this year, YEA me!

Not making the same mistakes I made in 2019 on the envelopes. No snow "puff balls of doom". No angry Postal workers telling me I have to send them as packages, hand post them, and then having to open them all and dump out the contents. What a nightmare that was.

Still have all the cards from the prior years and the glitter trail is probably still embedded in my carpet deep down in the fibers. I think I had glitter on my skin for months after opening all the cards. I learned, evolved and won't open them in the living room. LOL

Thank you for everyone that helps make this happen.

Well, I am definitely signing up AND following through this year.

Last year life happened, and even though I had signed up, I missed the deadline for sending my cards.

But like a little miracle, everyone’s cards still started coming in by some happy accident.

I never felt like such a dog in my life, opening up such fabulous greetings from your fun people, when I had not sent any in.

This year will definitely be different! And with my apologies for last year!

I really need something to lift my spirits this year.

This is perfect for you! I did not sent out Christmas cards (to my own family/friends) since the D because it just felt to weird signing them a different way for the longest time. The SI card exchange was PERFECT. It allowed me to send and receive cards without any of those feelings. I encourage anyone who is looking for a little seasonal boost to give it a try!

Can you tell me if my sign up went thru? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have each year in a clear globe with the date on each one. Just found last years still in the cards! 🤪🤪😂😂. Guess I have some glitter fun in my near future.

Need to start the cards earlier this year.

I won't be participating this year because I won't be home for a long time and I cant carry all the cards around with me.
But I just wanted to say how lovely this exchange was last year and how much joy it brought me. I even got one straggling card in march 2021!

I just noticed the participants number in the right hand corner of the first post. So far 29 signed up. Maybe extend the date so more people can join, and put a reminder post at the top of each of the thread options?

Do we have an ETA on the send to list?

I am 3 time world champion procrastinator and need to start planning. No, seriously :)

WH - 53 on Dday
DDay - 3/2/13 - 2:07pm 2+ year EA/PA
TT until 2016 - why do they do that?

HT and I just got the PO Box set up. MangledHeart is working on the list now. Should be available soon!

‼️Just a reminder, the address is always tricky. Fort Worth and Keller are interchangeable. They will go to the same place. It depends on what your local post office has our zip code listed as.

I need to get started on my own cards!
