DS & MH,
After my dad passed away at a young age (46), many people said the typical things people say when they mean well, but don't really know what to say or do.
One guy, a friend of my dad's, told me that he wasn't going to be upset at my dad's passing. Instead, he was grateful for the gift God gave him of being able to spend so much time with my dad. It's more than 20 years later and that message stayed with me.
DS & MH - You two are truly a gift from God. To each other, and thankfully, to the SI community as well. It is my fervent hope and prayer that God grants you many, many more years together. As gifts to each other. And selfishly, to us.
