Im in a hate the christmas bunch mood right now. Halloween hasn't even come and the stores are empty of Halloween stuff replaced already with Christmas crap. FFS!!!
Halloween is MY holiday. I love it. And it feels likes its being phased out. Grrr.

I'm not a fan of Halloween - but to each his/her own. 
I can't even stand scary movies. I think people who frequent haunted houses are possibly the bravest people in the world.
I put my Christmas tree up before Thanksgiving and decorate it for FALL and Thanksgiving - and then change decorations to Christmas right after Thanksgiving. I've often left it up through Valentine's day and decorate it with hearts and flowers. I have Canadian friends who have never taken down their Christmas tree in their basement family room. They just change the decorations often.

No not at all. I was going to respond about keeping the trees up all year. But ive been overwhelmed with so much crap going on it slipped my mind.

I just noticed i dont see a post count for the thread anymore on the new site.
Dont threads die at 999 posts? Or is it 1000?
In SPF theres 20 posts per page. 999÷20=49.95 (1000÷20=50) We are on page 44 so we are hearing the 49/50 page limit.
I think we can kill it before the new year lol

I think since the new format it's changed. I like playing song title game and were at page 65. Under old format it only went to 50.

Dragn: Why are you so anxious to kill this safe place of hope for the poor, maligned thread-killers? Does it offend your sensibilities that it's still around after all this time? Or are you perhaps worried you'll miss being the last one to post on it? 
Now you're hinting at it being locked. That makes me sad face.
I think the mods don't want to be meany pants and lock this old friend of ours. They might run the risk of looking like jerks.
Keep in mind, I probably could have persuaded them at any time to lock it right after I posted something, thereby stealing the crown for myself. But I am also not meany pants.
I love how this thread has just kind of done its thang.

Well being named thread killer queen would be an honour of course, but no. Not hoping to kill it. I love this thread.
And i only mentioned it being locked because i have noticed that threads that are not active even if on page two are locked. I always wondered why they get locked.

Threadkillers, Got a new pup. She is a spunky husky pup with a sassy attitude. Having lots of giggles with her. Her ability to communicate is amazing and hilarious, she tells me off when she doesn’t like something. Only two weeks and she owns us.

Huskies are the most beautiful dogs in existence, IMO, but man, are they stubborn! She's going to lead you a merry chase, but it will be totally worth it.
