I don’t know if I count as thread killer but it does seem like every OP will respond to pretty much every comment except mine.

I have never figured out how to post a pict here. Tried a few times. Gave up.

Haven’t tried the quotes on the new version.

Aw Chili, thanks.

I saw my 85 yr old aunt yesterday, she said let me look at you, and told me I hadn’t aged. It felt pretty good until my cousin laughed and said she pretty much is blind. But hey, it was good while it lasted - all 3 minutes. Lol

I did go out for drinks with young people this week. Man, the stuff they talk about. Crazy.

One of the girls just got engaged, her stunning 2.5 carat engagement ring was ordered online and delivered to her door. Things change. I thought my .5 diamond was big. Lol

Lol. I liked a ring $200 less than the one we chose because XH liked it better. ($500+ with inflation)

Today, I'd pick something that was CZ. Diamonds might be forever but aren't easy to get rid of if the relationship ends.

Well I hesitated to post here, but yes I’m a thread killer. The reason for the hesitation is imagine the emotional damage from being the one to kill, a thread killer thread. It’s a lot pressure but here I am willing to be vulnerable.

Tanner - welcome to the exclusive club! It's where the cool...I mean the...kryptonite kids hang out. And this?

I am willing to be vulnerable.

Just shows how far you've made it on your healing journey. A level of emotional maturity that is laudable. Being willing to kill a thread is true bravery. Well done you!

Dragn, before you can blink an eye (it seems!), those kids will be grown and married .... and bringing grandkids home to you. It happens so fast. You will look back on these days with humor as you bundle up the grandkids to SEND THEM HOME with their parents.

Oh i totally get that. Time flies way to fast. Seems like just yesterday i was changing diapers.

I guess i feel that if i dont get them all online and the work done i have failed. The teachers even said it wasnt a normal work day so just complete what they could do. It was mostly review.

Its almost 6am. No word on buses yet but wh was driving through snow so deep on his way to work that it was over the headlights on the van. I havent heard a single plow go by yet so i expect a buses are canceled email soon.

Since DS had a meltdown about his computer (no mic or camera) and he couldn't type fast enough into the chat i helped him out then all of the kids wrote letters to Santa.

Disgusting is being covered in poop water for the SECOND FUCKING TIME because my 13 year old who has shits the size of soup cans cannot either let ME know shes had a crap or break it up with the plunger BEFORE she flushes and plugs the toilet... barf

I. Am. So. Angry. Right. Now... mad

I swear shes just plain stupid because we have gone over this every fucking time she has a shit!!!

After having to spend all morning hauling buckets of water to all the livestock and clearing the driveway of 12" of snow i did NOT want to then come inside and spend 40 minutes plunging the toilet. And its still plugged.

Lord help me...

If this ain't a thread killing topic i dont know what is.

Omg Dragn, that is really shitty.

A friend told me a story (this reminds me of it). His son was sitting on the toilet going poo, when my friend walked past the open bathroom door, he heard his son saying "oh, yah! Who is your mama?"

TallGirl - that is FUNNY!

Dragn, bet you were glad to get in the shower. Tell daughter if she doesn't work on her potty time details, you are going to buy her a bedside commode that she will have to empty out herself. smile
