It was 11 years ago today that I found out. I divorced him and haven’t felt the pain of him in a long time. The kids are happy, I am happy, we are doing well in life. It does get better. Today is just a day now. The only reason I remembered was because I had a social media memory pop up that reminded me that I had posted something about it that day. It was also a Sunday. I don’t think I would be nearly as OK if I stayed with him.

Me FBS 40s, Him XWS older than me (lovemywife4ever), D, He cheated before M, forgot to tell me. I’m free and loving life.

Deena, I remember you. And your ex who tried running and end game around you. You stopped that pretty quickly.
Sounds like you landed on your feet. Good for you. If you live here in the US hope your Thanksgiving was perfect…and congratulations.

Helllooooooo!

Today is just a day now.

Isn't that just a great place to be!!! I just love when some date goes by related to my ex (bday, anniversary, etc) and I realize it passed and I did not even notice.

Ah thanks all. I’ve definitely lived and learned. It’s good to see others also thriving.

Thanksgiving was good. Here’s hoping to a good rest of the holiday season for all of us.

deena, I'm a relative newcomer here, and my dday was 2 years ago. It's great to hear stories like yours, like getting a glimpse into a positive future for myself. I'm taking the first step with a physical separation in the new year. Thank you for dropping by and sharing your situation!

WH had a 3 yr EA+PA from 2020-2022, and an EA 10 years ago (different AP). Dday1 Nov '22. Dday4 Sep '23. False R for 2.5 months. 30 years together. Staying for the teenager.
