How would you wrap a 4 foot dinosaur stuffy?

Yep. That's all that Big D asked Santa for so I got it. Last one. It's currently hidden in my closet.

Wrapping paper is just a no. Easily rips and I'd need two rolls lol

Garbage bag? Not very festive. Think there's Christmas bags out there large enough?

Giant box? That seems like a good idea but I don't have any. Guess I could put out an APB on our community page right?

Anyone got any other ideas?
grin

Maybe stick a Santa hat on it and make it look like he's trying to eat the Christmas tree?

Go garbage bag with an extra festive bow. Put scraps of wrapping paper at random spots on the bag.

Oh that's great. I always have scrap leftover pieces of wrapping paper.

It's not like he isn't going to know what it is lol. It's huge.

Oh I forgot. Up here only clear garbage bags are allowed to be used. I'll have to hunt down a box of black ones. Go figure eh lol

Get a sheet or table cloth or something like that to wrap him in with the festive bow.
(Or even just some christmas-y cloth from the fabric store)

Could you hide him somewhere and then wrap up some clues for her to find him?

That way she would have a few things to open and a scavenger hunt.

I like the idea of wrapping him with a sheet or having him eat the tree. laugh

Lucky for me, Santa gifts are not wrapped. So anything unusual sized comes from him!

I am out grocery shopping and trying to not get arrested. Omg people are jerks!

Love the idea of a scavenger hunt type thing.

Only the twins still believe it's Santa who brings gifts yet DS gave me his letter to Santa this morning...to send with the twins letters....ummm ok. And ya he asked Santa for that one lego set...*rolls eyes.

I wanted to have the big gifts from us and the stockings from Santa. I like that better. Of course our box of stockings got raided by some house elf and we are missing some. rolleyes

Mail a letter to him FROM SANTA. Have clues where to find the Big Guy in the letter. Put letter under the tree with a bow on it.

Love the letter from Santa Idea too.

I'll get a photo of the big guy when the kids are at school.

Little M asked for a hamster. We have all the supplies, cage etc and she's the one responsible child of the four so wh and I agreed to get her a panda bear Hamster.

When I was a child I wanted a bunny. My parents brought out a huge cage Christmas morning with a STUFFY rabbit in it....then brought out the real rabbit afterwards. I'm going to do that with Little M, so I went through all of my boxes of littlest pet shop pets to only find ONE hamster... I was sure I had more. I have like 10 mice, 2 special edition koala bears, beavers, squirrels, chinchillas, rabbits, birds, whales, fush, turtles etc....I have probably a few hundred (ya ya I was big on collecting them and getting the special edition ones that I had to send away for).

One damn hamster. In a two pack with a chinchilla. Owell.

Since we have two cages ill put the toy hamster in the one cage and the real one in the other. They are the cages you can add tubes to and connect. Sadly our cage with the enclosed wheel on top that goes around the top as they run, was broken in the move. But we have lots of tubes and extra parts for her to make a hamster hotel lol.

Sounds like fun, DragnHeart. Hope it gives the surprise your expecting.

One time, I asked a cashier to address an envelope for me to surprise a DS. Don't forget that others will be happy to help with adding to the surprise factor for your little dragns.

Well this will be the first year since covid that we will see my parents/brothers on our Christmas. My youngest brother showed me all of thr gifts he had from last year that he wasn't able to give them and then ordered more while I was visiting. He goes all out on them.

Wh went through all the stuff we have stored downstairs and picked out a box full of baby clothes and toys for our new nephew. We are thinking we will go down boxing day to drop off his gifts BUT with rsv so bad right now I am insisting we wear masks and keep our distance. He's just a week old. I knew I was keeping all the baby stuff for a reason lol

I think this will be an amazing Christmas. I'm sure the little dragons will be thrilled.

Little M asked for art supplies. She wants tie dye shirts and socks sets and an easel and paints.

Funny enough the kids saw me looking at new bento lunch boxes and they all asked for them for Christmas. Lunch boxes!!!
