Awesome!

My upgrade worked, but the subscription ID line is blank (i.e. no number). Does that come later in the email receipt?

OMG, the text version on my iPhone, double awesome!

I got a transaction failed, but I realized I didn't click the agree box. Take 2 worked.

I'm not sure I want to read my fist post. I can still recall some of what I wrote and how I was so naive in thinking my FWH had changed.

MH and DS, THANK YOU for being here when we need you. Not only can I get great advice and support, you're tax deductible also

Hi to All!

I am so thankful for this site. This community has supported me tremendously.

In the beginning, I was here for as many as 22 hours at a time.

I will make a donation, as I would like to view my progress.

Um. What name for the site shows up on the credit card statement?

Tred, on the main page, click on Simplicity. Then go to your profile. Top left says 'view oldest posts' etc.

cayc, we will locate your subscription ID for you.

agreensleeve, I will look into that. The system should have prevented you from proceeding until you check the I agree box.

Lucky2HaveMe, platinum profiles will gain access to entire threads that you participated in. Not just your own posts but others that responded as well.

The charge on your card will appear as SI Online.

The donation page fails attempting to validate my username.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's freaking out on the underscores and not escaping them correctly. It's not an ASP failure...something in the javascript validator -- looks like the confirmUser function.

For troubleshooting purposes, the error message reads "That username is not recognized", and then it hangs on the "Loading Upgrade Information" gif.

I'm running Firefox 12.0 with AdBlock and (obviously) javascript on. I get the same results in IE and Chrome.

When I try usernames without underscores, everything works fine...but underscores fail in all cases. I tried inserting spaces and ASCII variants, but that's also a fail.

Anyway, I'm going to try it from a logged out state and see what happens. I'll let you know.

You use the word "donation". Is it safe to assume that these donations still qualify for the tax deduction?

Thanks.

If I sign up for the $20 package...then change my mind in a month and want the greater package (because I do this with EVERYTHING!)...would I pay the difference or pay the whole thing again? Not that y'all don't deserve it! Just wanted to know...got more court coming soon so have to conserve funds.

Absolutely

It's currently programmed that each package works independently. I'm not sure when MH will have time to program it differently.
