I’ve made 2 this week. What do I do with 10 egg whites? Most people in my house don’t even like eggs. I may just give them to the dogs.

Almond cloud cookies— super easy to make and delicious. Just google. Some recipes call for almond flour, but you find versions with regular flour.

My parents gave me some cream of tartar and my oldest daughter is ready to make a bunch of cookies as soon as we get home.

Italian meringue. Add some powdered freeze-dried strawberries, and it tastes divine.

Pavlova!
I had no idea what this was this morning, my daughter did, she already made too much whip cream on Monday and we had a bunch of berries in the freezer. Key lime pie now has a new buddy. Still have 4 egg whites left for cookies tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, the dogs are upset they don’t get abandoned egg whites anymore.

I think it’s an unnecessary bland topping for perfectly good pie but, mixed with berries on top of a fluffy marshmallowy thing it’s great.
