Stop Breaking Her

Sobriety and recovery are two entirely different things. You sound like a dry drunk. Not recovery.

SA is a mofo to work through, overcome, and learn how to live with.

I read once like half the SAs relapse by 1 year, most don't make it to 5.

You NEED to get your wife to understand SHE need to do her own work right now.

As the wife of another SA, her taking your cell phone away doesn't make you immune to acting out. Does your wife understand that the only way she's secure is if you are blind, have no memory, and aren't allowed any breaks? Basically, she's only secure when you are a complete invalid or dead. Harsh, but that is reality.

Your wife needs to understand process addictions are different than physical addictions.

You need to realize that you need to let your wife go if you are alawys going to be a dry drunk.

Insanity-right doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different response..

If you don't want to change, then let her go

Sadly - this is the bottom line.
