..Well...well...well ---from one old guy to another, having turned 76 on July 1st (Canada Day) I know you've got a couple of years on me I think ??? I hope you had a most wonderful and memorable day. At our age, I'd like to just stop counting. I'd prefer NOT to be reminded that I have one foot in the grave... and the other on a banana peel. All too many friends and family are suffering from all the aches and pains of old age, myself included...Shit...I'm lucky if I can twist open a new jar of peanut butter or lift a gallon of milk. Carrying a 5 gallon tank of gas to our little boat is just about impossible.
I can, however, still lift a fork full of birthday cake to my mouth ...and a bottle of beer to wash it down. The drooling afterwards is probably TMI...
