You can read my other post about Google Maps Timeline, but it led me to wish I had Verizon cell phone bills from 2015 and 2016. The Verizon website allowed me to download the last 18 months, but I learned that you can go back further (up to 7 years) by simply calling them. They charge $5 per month's bill, but they will print them and mail them to you. No email options, so I'm going to have to wait 1-2 weeks, but it will be worth it. Also, this was available even though we switched to another carrier two years ago. Our old login still worked, and the final 18 months of statements (2018/2019 in our case) were still available online.

They also told me that local Verizon stores should be able to retrieve the records, but at the store they told me to go back to the support phone line. The Verizon folks were very helpful, and 13 months of 2015/2016 phone bills and call logs should be in my mailbox in a few days.

I hope this info is helpful to some, as it was news to me.

Wow! I need to contact ATT to see if they can do that for me. I started saving everything since DDay1 - every month the bill is ready I download and save. But to have that data as far back as possible...I want to look into that.

Even though in my case R is going well - It may help me to know that I have the information.

FYI - I just received my packet of 13 months from 2015-2016. I called to ask for them on Tuesday, and they arrived Saturday.
