It’s all fine and good to have a diagnosis but the truth of the matter is that she supposed to be an adult. That means she’s supposed to know right from wrong.. It is not right to cheat verbally, or physically, or both, I don’t care what the diagnosis is.

At some point you really need to face up to the fact that what you think you had doesn't exist as far as a marriage goes.

Yea when I first read that it hit me like a hammer on the head as well. But I understand it's not easy to accept that you haven't been your WWs romantic or sexual first choice for years or decades.
It's also not easy to accept those wasted years when your WW could have had sex with you, but always had an excuse, and you thought that with enough love you could fix it.
One of the more crushing things my WW admitted to me was that she can come in 30 seconds just by rubbing her clit. This was when I caught her masturbating next to me in bed when she thought I was asleep. News to me, always told me that doesn't work for her.

I am glad that your wife is in IC. She has some serious problems. Online sex with 26 different men is not normal.
