I was trying to place it...
And then it hit me! That isn't Elsa from Frozen...it's Dee Snider from Twisted Sister!
We're not gonna just Let It Go...We're NOT gonna CAKE IT!
They even got the earrings and the chin down right!
It kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth 
just thinking about the resemblance along with the added irony that both characters are depictions of a "Twisted Sister", don't ya think?
