I won't be able to do SPF tomorrow. 
I have family arriving today for a funeral tomorrow. Everything was quite sudden and unexpected, so none of us planned for this. The funeral is for someone that I'm not related to, or really know more than their name. He was the brother of my ex-BIL. But, he was an uncle to my niece and her husband, so they are staying with me.
Sorry to drop this on those that rely on SPF for cheers. I might be able to do a belated SPF on Saturday???

I am in the path of the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, so not sure how much of SPF I'll get done today. We've been pummeled with torrential rain for 2 days, threats of flash floods and tornado watches. I have to do a petsitting job as soon as it's safe to drive, and I have no idea if I'll have power much longer. If I have power when I return, I'll try to post what I can as long as the electricity/internet are working.

I won't be able to do SPF today. I started this week with hopes of changing out the flooring in my entire house. Once the carpet was removed, LOTS of dips/unlevel spots were found in my concrete slab/subfloor.
From there, I descended into a land of chaos and disappointment. Essentially, since this is in every room in my house, I basically have to move ALL of my furniture out of my house so the concrete can be leveled. And, the movers are coming at 9:30 AM to move my furniture to an off-site storage facility. The concrete contractor is coming thereafter to look at my project and (God help me), give me an estimate. He will begin the levelling and grinding on Saturday AM to get my slab level and suitable for my flooring.
In short, this has turned into a massive cluster-f*ck that seems like the only way to fix it will be to pour lots of $$ into it. 
AAARRRRGGGGH
I have to take my tiny dogs and move into a hotel for Saturday, but I may be able to post soooooooome SPF on Sunday. Let's call it Stupid Picture Sunday for this week.
Please pray for me.....

Unfortunately, I will not be able to do SPF tomorrow. My computer is essentially dead and I am waiting for a part that will not come until Saturday. I'm really sorry.😰😰😰

Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton
I'm so sad to learn that they did find cancer in her pathology after her abdominal surgery.
She has become a worldwide sweetheart; one we all admire much like Princess Diana. There is no info about the type of cancer, but she has started chemo.
I'm so incredibly sad. Why do bad things happen to good people????

Cordless or Robo vac?
I need to buy something to make my vacuuming easier. I moved into a house that is completely carpeted. 
I want to change all flooring to LVP for my allergies and my pets, but it's just not in the budget right now.
Because I have terrible allergies, I need to vacuum more often, but vacuuming can bring on more stuffy nose, etc.
So, should I invest in a self-emptying roomba, or a cordless vac? A high-quality machine of either will cost approximately the same. SI peeps, which do you recommend???

Musicians/Artists that you just can't listen to
OK, there are two artists on the radio currently that I just can't listen to. Their voices drive me batty, and not in a good way. 
Mine are:
Ellie Goulding - I just can't stand her voice. To me, it's like nails on a chalkboard. I know she's a big hit and star, but I. JUST. CAN'T.
Shawn Mendes - the inflection in his voice and his pronunciation of words/lyrics just make me cringe. In fact, if I THINK the intro to a song is his, I switch the station very quickly so I don't have to hear even one word. Seriously.
