I haven't gotten mine yet, but we don't have mail delivery on Saturdays so I'm hoping this morning I'll start getting them.

Huh, maybe we need to slip DS some cash to prioritize ours.

They're here! They're here!!!!

Two funny stories surrounding the cards...

First, one of our vehicles was parked in front of the mailbox. The mailman usually wont get out of his truck to put stuff in the box, if it's blocked. I am guessing with the 50-million cards, he decided he should probably do it this one time

Second, Do3K has no separated the cards into two piles...one with cards that are "safe to open in the house" and another pile with cards that I need to open outside. Little does he know, I am pretty sure that some of those cards in the "safe to open" pile contain glitter

There were a few "safe" cards when I opened my pile... but to be super safe, I opened every single one over a bowl.

Hey DS bought a lot of glitter and I couldn't let it go to waste.

I just checked the mail and not a single card. I 2 bills. Sigh...those didn't contain any glitter whatsoever.

Nope, not from cant or bb. Their cards were in the not safe pile They definitely tied for most glitter this year

After opening cant's card, I started sneezing due to the amount of glitter inhaled

I think we should put glitter in our mail more often.

YOU GUYS....I have to tell you the best thing that just happened....

I was at the Post Office waiting in line to get my "too much for my mailbox" mail....and who should walk in the door....MY EX!!!!

Well, I get presented with all these cards...and the postal lady made a big deal out of it...and then everyone in line made a big deal about it.....

My ex meets me at the door and says,

"We never got that many cards together..what's the deal?"

I laughingly replied, "It seems my friends didn't like you!"

I know, I should have been nicer because it's the season...but, sometimes my mouth just overruns any thought of being civil!!

I want to thank each and everyone for your cards....they did double duty today....and my feelings of "self-worth"....just went sky-high today!!!
