Anyone read this (by Shaili Jain)? It's new (May '19) and not available at my library, so wondering if anyone has any thoughts before I shell out $30.

GMC - I'm listening to this right now. Really interesting stuff. But she mentions affairs as NOT things that trigger PTSD. 
I ignore that and am just interested in the other information.
As an aside, I am a member of Scribd - it's 8.99/mo and you can read/listen to "unlimited" books. This book is on there on audio book.
I'm the BS. WH had an EA/PA with a cOW. DDay was 4/17. Working on R. Married 15 years and together 20 at DDay.
DDay #2 and #3 6/19. Grew a conscience and admitted a full blown physical affair.

I read this and didn’t find it as good as The Body Keeps the Score. I wouldn’t recommend paying that much for it.
And it’s hard to dance with a devil on your back, and given half the chance would I take any of it back. It’s a fine romance but it’s left me so undone.
