Sacred Soul - my is in KC almost weekly for work. One of his employees has a partner that is an Medic and said it was the worst day of their career. Your friends sister has been hailed a hero because of her efforts and other medical people on seen they were able to triage injuries appropriately and saved many lives because of it.

It sounds like this was a disagreement between juveniles. The lady that was killed was there with kids from an organization she ran for underprivileged kids. So sad.
As of last night though the reports were that they expect all kids to recover and more than half had already gone home.

I'm so glad that all the kids are okay, at least physically.

I saw a clip of the news story about my friend's sister. She and every medical professional and first responder who helped are most definitely heroes. I can't imagine dealing with that sort of trauma regularly. My friend's son is a new firefighter and oof, the stories he tells. I'm glad that there's more awareness now about mental health, and that first responders, at least where we are, have mandated counseling every quarter.

Did you see that Jackson Mahomes helped a lost child? Lord knows he needs a redemption story.

Taylor Swift donated $100,000 to the deceased woman's husband and to children - to help out with expenses. It sounds like she was a wonderful person.
