Fantastic book so far. Not affair related, but definitely good for healing from trauma and tragedy and stress. At super hilarious. I'm enjoying it as an audio book; don't listen to it with little ears around. 😉

Next up on the Kindle after "Splitting.". Thanks for the recommendation.

Yes! The language is a bit "mature" but I've had days where I felt really low and I listened to part of this and "Nope, DGAF about issue out of my control" and started working on me.

It's not really about Not Giving a Fuck, it's more about deciding your priorities and going from there.

I would recommend.

Good to know. I've had this book for several months, but I haven't started to read it yet.

I am listening to this on audio too. It’s a life saver for my mood lately. I basically go to bed depressed and wake up depressed everyday. I listen to this on the way to work and on the way home to lighten my mood and prep myself.

I listened to it on the way to and from work. I finished it, and thought it was really good. I'd like to listen to it again because I think there were parts I missed.
