Sorry everyone, I can't do SPF this week. Woke up Thursday at 5 AM with a familiar (and unwelcome) pain. I'm trying to pass a kidney stone. 
If you've never had one, be thankful. This is my 2nd.

Oh no! I've had one and it was terrible. I hope you have relief soon.
