HOLY COW AND CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How exciting (and I gotta admit, I'm jealous as I dunno if I'll ever get grandbabies)
I have a tendency to think of them as kids. That they don't really have the skill set to deal with diapers, colic, breast vs bottle, etc. It's nonsense of course
Yup, I get that. When I get those nonsense feelings about my kids, I let them know by our "inside joke" of "did you remember your lunch money?" It's my way of saying I know I'm being silly and that I KNOW they are capable adults. works for us, and alway makes us chuckle at my being "that" mom :)
They'll be fine... even the cavemen/women figured out how to keep their kids alive :)
And congrats again... what an awesome time!
