When I was a kid I used to climb up the walls. You put one foot on a wall and then Sort of push yourself up and then walk up the walls from there.
My son with ADHD does this (and actually way better than me, and in more places… hes done it in a strip mall where they had a decorative brick arch on the walkway…)
My oldest never did this. She does not have adhd
Wondering if you all did this?
Have a dr friend who was talking about adhd. Said, "I saw a kid with adhd who was literally climbing the walls once!" I said, "wait, doesnt everyone climb the walls as a kid?

My XSIL's oldest did that as a kid, too! I don't know if he was ever officially dxed (I've been out of the family for gosh, almost 15 years) but I would not be surprised in the least if he had ADHD.

I remember when at the police academy we did an obstacle course that included an immensely high brick wall (probably only 10-15 feet but felt more like 100) and we had to scale it. The trick was to run at speed towards the wall and use the momentum to "run" 2-3 steps up the wall, grab the ledge and pull yourself up.
After a couple of tries it wasn’t really that hard. What was hard though was that we were not allowed to lower ourselves off the wall but had to jump off the ledge. That jump was always brutal and if you didn’t roll when you landed it would jar your ankles and knees. Caused a lot of injuries, including me spraining an ankle on my last run through that course. Fortunately this wall was just at the end so I managed to limp past the finish-line and pass that test.
This was supposed to train us in realizing many boundaries are purely mental, but all it really did for me was create a fear for jumping that I still have.
If comparable walls can be found in other police training programs then I know why LEO’s eat donuts and grow fat. They are preparing to run THROUGH comparable walls rather than the running climb and jump-of-death.

ADHD kid here, and yes I climbed walls/doorways as a kid.
Jumped from roofs on low buildings as well. Jumped from pool deck to ground on steep side all the time. I was about 5'. Maybe part of the reason my knees are garbage now. LOL.
I also did gymnastics and tumbling, and could do several pretty aggressive tumbling tricks into our backyard pool.
