Is there any way to determine/confirm when someone assumed a cell number?
I’ve had no problem finding the current owner of a cell number, but need to confirm if they were the owner back in 2015/2016. Does anyone know a way to confirm ownership for a past timeframe, or for how long the current owner has had it?
Married 13 years @ D-Day in 2009. Still hanging in there (maybe by a thread sometimes)

What's wrong with calling the number, asking for the person who used to have the number and when they say they are not that person, say that this was the last contact information for them from XXXX--how long have they had the number?
If you don't want to do it, have someone do it for you.
