Have booked a series of I/C and mentoring sessions. The first one is tonight. I'm hoping this goes better than MC. The guy doing it specialises in infidelity, so I really hope to get maximum benefit.
WH (50's)
Multiple sexual, emotional and online affairs. Financial infidelity and emotional abuse. Physical abuse and intimidation.

Good luck and I hope you connect with your IC.
From my experience - be honest with your IC. They could care less about whether you are an asshole or a nice guy. If you rally want them to help you need to be ready to really lay it all out there - you have to be willing to expose yourself.

Absolute honesty just like MrCS says.
Remember that “maximum benefit” may not be what you think it means- An open mind is key to this. Don’t close off based on what you expect to hear.
But regardless, so excited for you and hope it’s a positive step!
