This action shows you will not put up with such disrespect. Your wife will actually respect you for that in the end because it demonstrates you respect yourself and will answer such an offence. It actually provides her with security believe it or not.

Once you tell everyone who need to know, you can get a betrayal trauma specialist and begin the hard work on recovery if you so choose and she obliges.
