So, now that everyone has had their turkey fill, give me some new ideas for the leftovers.
I'll go first. I make turkey pozole verde (see the other posts for a description of the process), turkey enchiladas with m贸le sauce, and sometimes turkey tamales. Of course I also do the turkey sandwiches and turkey chili too.
As for ham, I stick with split pea soup because I live it so much. I usually dont have a lot of ham leftover, so its just enough for the soup.

I do toasted club sandwiches with the turkey. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, sometimes Swiss cheese. Or wraps with sweet Thai chili sauce. The very last of it usually gets cubed up small for turkey salad sandwiches. Yum. I usually use the ham for toasted Western sandwiches, and Cobb salads.
