First week of my new job went great, started Monday.I work as a semi truck mechanic with my CDL and medical card.I have these two due to I do test drives before doing repairs.Saves my butt just in case if an accident happens. My new co workers treat me good and got to know me.Open minded as well.Wendsday, they took it well when I came out as transgender,a post op MTF.Said they see me like any normal person. The stress is gone as well.My last job,it was stressful and I was treated badly.Gave them a 2 weeks notice before I got this job.

That's awesome! My H has worked at a truck dealership for 30 years. I know that can be a tough environment for anyone who's not a straight cis male, especially on the shop floor. I'm glad it's going well for you. smile

Gasping for air while volunteering to give others CPR is not heroic.

Your nervous system will always choose a familiar hell over an unfamiliar heaven.
