Only if they figure a way to get rid of Mullins and Mancini for nothing.

Well, they have OFFERED them for trade pre-lockout.

So, don't tempt them!

Was awesome watching Mancini at the HR Derby. I was at 20th & Blake for that.

And Ruschman is going to be a stud behind the plate. The O's aren't as far away as one might think!

Our plans to move were in place before that All-Star game was moved to Denver, I am envious you got to see that live and in-person!

Baseball therapy (watching, attending games) has helped my recovery quite a bit, and I really do hope to have more of it with a full summer of games.

It's weird. My post discovery life -- the hopeful vibe of baseball has become even more important to me than ever before.

May your Cubbies rebound as well.

Hi Cap,
Much of what you posted resonates with me. I am 4 1/2 yrs out from dday 1.
Many of the ways your wife has reacted sounds very similar to the ways my wife has acted.
I'm glad to see you seem to have come to some peace with yourself.
I'm slowly finding my way along this long arduous path.
May 2022 give you what your looking for.

Thank you for sharing. It’s been about 5 years for me. I needed to come back and read some reality in recovery or reconciliation. I have been struggling lately with trust and coping.

What is your path going forward, Cap? What do you expect the next 5 years to look like?

Excellent question, Blue. Short version...better. I expect the next 5 to look better. How much? That remains to be seen.
