My kitten is not a kitten anymore and I need to switch her to adult cat food. I want to give her the healthiest and best cat food. Assuming money is no issue, what is the best cat food? What are some things I should be looking for in a good quality cat food?

My cats eat blue Buffalo dried (salmon) cat food. My mom’s can is 18 years old and at one point was diagnosed with diabetes - she did her research and found that a cat living off dry cat food is the equivalent of a human living on cereal so she switched her cat to blue Buffalo wet food and monitored his feedings which reversed his diabetes.

We used Science Diet. Dry and wet varieties.
Failure is success if we learn from it.
