Is there a way to check the browser history?

I did some digging and there really doesn’t seem to be a way to do it on a phone. Browsers on a phone can use incognito mode to hide your history. If you don’t use that mode, most browsers will prefill addresses you’ve been to when you start to type them out. Duck duck go doesn’t do that.
If this was on a PC, it would be easy to find out as a quick search of the file system could be done (provided it wasn’t erased first)
All that being said, one of DDG “selling points” is its privacy. If your partner is using this, I would have to wonder why when Chrome is just as good a browser.
