@butforthegrace - I hope that's the case. I live in one of the most biased states, but my atty is optimistic that evidence of my WW's behavior could make a difference in this no-fault state...

@butforthegrace - my atty seems bullish on this approach as well.
In my no fault state, I'm not expecting justice on any level. However I do think the evidence could play a role in the custody discussion.
WW's head is far afield of what's in the kids' best interest.

Just checking in on you on this beautiful day here in Mass.
Since you mentioned you lived in the most bias state in the country I assume you live in Massachusetts.
How are you holding up?
Does she know what is going to happen after the holidays?
Glad that you have the cameras inside the house, they should help protect you from the inevitable false claim of DV.
What has she been up to?
What do you plan to do with informing OBS #1?
Hope you are doing as well as possible. Hang in there. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel, and that light will soon start to become bigger and brighter!!
Hang in there.
Good luck
And stay strong
Betrayed Spouse. She cheated and I filed immediately upon discovering. She never even suspected that I knew until the moment she was served with reason being Adultery. Divorced: Sept, 2018. VERY happy with new life, 0 regrets
