Feeling Low

I'm writing to add that even though you feel weak, you're actually showing a lot of strength.

The roller coaster is normal. Feeling awful about oneself is probably as universal among BSes as anything can be.

Staying NC at this stage is downright remarkable. Most BSes who want NC do it, break it, feel even worse about themselves, and restart. Even with the breaks in NC, people ar using and showing a lot of strength.

You can heal without your H. It looks like you ARE healing without your H.

I wish I had a way to get off this roller coaster. Some days I feel invincible and Iím sure Iíll be alright. Other times I can barely get out of bed and I just need to keep breathing. I wish it wasnít so extreme.

Keep pressing forward andnod!!! I agree with sisoon it may not look like you are healing but you are. Allow yourself to grieve, it is completely normal, but also make time for yourself. Take each day as a small victory, look at yourself in the mirror and admire the person that you are becoming. For this is a season and it WILL pass.

Remember, YOU ARE THE PRIZE!!!
