Anyone have a good recommendation for a book to help teens through divorce? My DD is 18 so I don't want anything geared towards younger kids. She won't talk to any of her family members about her feelings and she doesn't want to see a counselor. I'm worried about her stuffing down her emotions. Thanks!

I looked up the "Good Parenting" book and it's highly rated. But it looks to be geared toward parents, rather than something a young adult could read on their own (I have an 18 year old who I'd like to find good resources for as well). No other recommendations found for books written FOR young people about their parents' divorce/separation. Hmmm. . . if I run across anything I'll post here.
