Saying he is a selfish ass is an understatement, and stating the obvious.
Let's start with most benign. The idiot sent me a Christmas card. Hey, douchenozzle! We are DIVORCED and NOT friends! Thanks for the firestarter!
Ok. Not too bad. Then he sends me a text tonight that said, "Do you have any air miles I can have to visit my mom?" Hhmmmm. Let me think for a minute. FUCK YOU NO, ASSHOLE! He is trying to play the "poor mom" guilt card. She is not my mother, fucknugget, NO!! Actually, I have given crickets and will be telling him I have no extra miles tomorrow.
So, the piece de resistance, this shitbag has withdrawn 75% out of a special bank account created for DS for the purpose of depositing various pieces of income for DS for probate purposes. We have joint ownership, and our verbal agreement was to leave it untouched until probate finishes then we would each take 50% and close the account. We also need to leave it open until I file DS's final taxes for his refund deposit. Well, when we set it up he thought he would be getting bank statements mailed to him because we used his mailing address. Guess he forgot that I have online access and can see everything! Selfish fucking piece of worthless shit! This is just one of those lines that shouldn't be crossed! FUCKER!!
Trust me when I say I can't blow my top just yet. Must keep the peace a while longer. What I want to do? Strip him naked, hang him by his balls, and beat him with a cactus! Any other wonderful acts of violence you would care to share?

What a POS! I guess he used the money for airline tickets. Is there any legal recourse to get him to put the money back?

Crap. Sounds like you and XPoS are co-executor's of DS's estate? Are you also the beneficiaries or is that your DD's? If your DD's are the beneficiaries, they can probably file theft charges against him. If it is you and XPoS, do not accept any more verbal agreements. Get it in writing.
Probably the best thing to do at this point is to talk to the bank and make both executor's signatures required for any withdrawals.
I suggest we cover him in honey and release a swarm of crickets..er.um..locusts on him. Or Africanized Bees. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Great punishment ideas!! 
Told him no about the air miles this morning. He proceeded to ask me if I had any other ideas. My response was a short and sweet "no."
The DS money isn't a lot, and I am dealing with it. It is just the principle of it that has me so pissed off. Never thought he would sink THAT low. Just a real dick move!!
Still want to string him up by his balls though! He's a waste of oxygen!

I like Nature_Girl's punishment. I truly hope this happens to my husband when he passes away. I hope it happens to all NPD assholes.
