By that logic didn’t she fail to preserve marital assets since her fanbase is christian and will be heavily eroded by her decision to screw their pastor?

Her "business" operated at a 212k net loss. It'll be interesting to see if this settles or they go all the way. Current trial date is Aug 6th with a settlement hearing at the end of the month. The WS and AP have a lot more to lose here than Zobrist. Zobrist's already had financial accountants working on the spending. Her spending went up 174% after the affair started.
He's suggesting a 60-40 asset split since she overspent from marital accounts. In his case against Yawn, he requested an accounting of any gift from 2016. Both WS & AP destroyed their burner phones after the D was filed. I'm hoping he gets claw back from Yawn also. Pretty clear Yawn was using Zobrist's celebrity for his own enrichment.
