I posted last week about my brief affair with someone a few months ago which has now come out. My wife has now asked for a divorce. I told her I will never give up on her but she said I should as she isn’t interested. Is there ever a chance of reconciliation even after divorce?

There is an opportunity for reconciliation up to and including after a divorce. I think I would be remiss if I didn't point out that once a divorce process is started and you two are now on opposing sides, a potentially acrimonious divorce is not the kind of foundation that would lead to a positive relationship and reconciliation.
What as your BW said about why she isn't interested? Is cheating a deal breaker for her and has always been? What have you done to help her recover following your infidelity? Have you provided her with the full timeline and truth about your affair? Have you ended your affair and been completely no-contact with your affair partner (AP)?

Cheating is a dealbreaker for her. She isn’t sure at this time. She is 70% wanting a divorce she now says. I have been there for her to talk and have told her the timeline and the details. The affair ended months ago and zero contact since. I can only show her everyday what I will do for her as trust is a huge issue for her. Understandably. I will just keep plugging away and see what happens. I genuinely want to be with her for the rest of my life. Actions speak louder than words she always says
