When OM and XWW broke up, he emailed me wanting to talk. I told him "I have filed for divorce and have nothing to say. She's all yours A$$hole, I've moved on"

Your X is right about one thing when she says...

She had vowed to my kids that I would never find anyone like her

Because you are much smarter and better than anyone like her. The truth is she'll never find anyone as good as you again.

Be strong and keep moving forward.

Like never finding anyone like her is a bad thing.

She has mentally abused him, had him arrested, burned him with a cigar, cut him with a knife and threatened to have him killed.
So much for Kung Fu, I guess.

Maybe, juuuuust maybe, this guy isn't the best choice for teaching self defense techniques to kids. Call it a hunch.

I know you got this.... I know you are strong. But the very best of us have been fooled or just darn surprised when they take the crazy to a higher level. So be careful.

Now that her life is imploding, please proceed with caution while still under the same roof. She may be getting desperate, and desperate evil people are known for doing awful things. VAR always. Watch your back.

^^^^So true from Phoenix 1^^^^^

Desperate people do desperate things. Get to your attorney and just tell him what karate boy had to say... document it legally or just an email to your attorney. Then keep a VAR on you at all times.

We many times think it can't get worse.... and then it does.

But very glad you are in a good place now. Kudos to you!

Well, your SBXWW is right about one thing: you will never find anyone like her. For that, you should thank heaven. Stay strong. Hopefully you'll soon be done with the divorce and have her mostly out of your life aside from the kids.

"You'll never find another like me"

Um, ya, I certainly hope not.

Thank you for coming back with the update. I do remember reading your story @vasfree and really feeling angry for you.

I am happy to hear that you've set boundaries in place and that you are moving your way through divorce. Please don't let your guard down around WW though! She is sounding unhinged at this point.
