Today is d-day antiversary #1.

I think I've survived it.

I had plans earlier in the week to request "doing something fun" together or having him write me a love letter.... but we're lazy(& broke) & just relaxed all day...not doing much at all.

At least I knew he was HERE. with me. and thats what mattered. (he cooked a yummy dinner too - bonus :) )

Its 8:45 and hes already asleep beside me on the couch- lol - I think because I picked a show on TV to watch & he couldnt flip the channels then. haha. (or its the beer)

I've thought about "it" several times today - I even wanted to blog about how much I hated her... but I didnt. And although I cried alot during the week leading up to today, it seems to have just not been a biggie today.

I just thought it would be nice to post something positive for a change. (since I quite often have only posted when upset)

Yay. One milestone down.

You don't have to live through that one again.

Today was 7 months from D-Day for me, last night was rough, lots of tears from me, still asking why etc. but today has been kind of calm. He has been very reassuring and very sad all day too. This month was one of the worst so far, not sure if the holidays coming up have something to do with it. I'm glad you made it through OK. :)
