Iphone X

I bought my wife a new iphone and will have access to her old iphone X for a LONG time as I am keeping it! What is the best software to recover deleted Imessages, Facebook data, Photos, WhatsApp activity and KIK activity. I have screen names and password for facebook however I do not have either for WhatsApp and Kik. I have her Apple login and passwords too. Google tends to come up with software call enigma. I do not mind paying for this software!
