Help!! Did my WH swap sim card?

I don't have any experience with unlocking phones and SIM cards so please forgive me if I come off a bit moronic

He has a new phone, maybe a month old. I just put a a program on it a few days ago that catches what he types. He unlocked his phone this afternoon and maybe 30 seconds later he dialled a 15 digit number into his phone.

What could this have been? Nothing happened after. The next thing he did was unlocked his phone 2 hrs later to make a work call, which he did.

Recommendations for monitoring a Samsung S7 Edge

WS picked this new phone up tonight.

I'm not familiar with android, but neither is he. He could slip up and use it to send some texts or browse confident that I can't track him. Anything that I can do tonight to see what he's up to? Also looking for recommendations for monitoring programs. I've found some new unknown numbers and I don't know if it was before confrontation or if they're new...

Unrecognized US phone number?

I've come across a deleted text that is a bit jumbled, all I can make out is "that's unacceptable" which is a joky term that my husband uses. How do I find out who the number belongs to? I tried a Google search, but that didn't turn up anything. I read some posts that mentions Spokeo, can somebody help me with that? Thanks
