How to Scan Hard Drive

Hey forum friends- I have a backup hard drive that is attached to our computer. Is there a way to scan that? I assume I would need to download information onto our desktop computer and then attach the drive somehow? Does anyone know what software would be a good choice for this. I’ve read in posts on here that BS have found things this way. As always, thanks for your advice.

Another Dr Fone question

Does an iPhone have to be 'online' for Dr Fone to work? Apple will send an email to the account owner if anything is accessed or logged into. Hoping to put the phone in airplane mode so that won't happen.

Another Dr Fone question

Does anyone know if an iPhone has to be logged into iCloud for Dr Fone to work? I have an old iPhone that I am thinking of scanning but I think my WH has changed his ID/password. I wasn't sure if that would make a difference.

Spoof Calls

Is there any way to trace calls from a spoof app? Can a spoof app use a number that belongs to someone else to hide the real number of the caller?

Another phone question

My WH has two iPhones- one for work and his personal phone. He forwards all of his work calls to his personal phone. Here are my questions: will the work calls that come into his personal phone still show up on the phone app on his work phone?

Two: He has placed a few calls that look like this: *61 1 with no number behind it and spoken (or been on the phone) for 7-8 minutes. At first I thought he might have been checking his voicemail but that seems like a long time to be checking messages.

I googled that number sequence and got some info that it could be a way to block his number as he was dialing out.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.

Blocked Number

Hi All- I've posted about this before, but is there any way to trace a number that is blocked? If the same number that calls is always blocked, is the 7 digit number that is displayed on my phone bill going to always be the same? They have been few and far between and I can't pull up the previous month's bills right now to check them out. Thanks for your help.

Private message feature on Sprint?

I came across an email address that had this format in WH phone: 1234567@pm.sprint.com. How are these messages delivered? Do they show up as a text on the phone? Are they stored somewhere in the Sprint account that I can access online? The phone is an iPhone.

Odd number on cell bill

I was just going over our phone bill when I spotted an odd number. All of the calls listed, whether incoming or outgoing are shown in the (000) 000-0000 format. This one just looked like 0000000, no dashes or parentheses. It was an incoming call and WH talked to this person for several minutes. Has anyone ever seen a number in this format show up on a bill?

Anyone a Sony Recorder expert?

I had placed in my WH car while I was out of town for 3 days. When I pulled it out and checked it the recorder had 3 different files saved and each one had a date/time stamp while I was away. The recorder had fresh batteries and should have had a continuous recording, right? I'm assuming this means that someone stopped and restarted the VAR (and presumably altered/deleted) part of the recording.

Craig's List

Has anyone had a WS that used Craig's List to communicate with their AP? I've noticed that my WH has this app open a lot on his phone. What should I look for? Is there any way to find out the identity of the poster?

Paraben Recovery stick for iphone

Has anyone purchased or used this device? It sounds pretty good if you have access to the phone. It does require you to install software on your computer. I know my WH checks for that occasionally.

Mspy for iPhone

Is anyone currently using mspy on an UNbroken iPhone? Meaning just using the Apple ID? I'm just wondering if it is worth the $$, not to mention the access to personal info that we will be giving the company.

Thanks for the information.

Gps?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good gps? A phone can be left anywhere, but where the car goes is another matter.

Var and lithium battery life

I just purchased a Sony IC VAR. I also bought lithium batteries for it. How long do these batteries typically last? If I have this VAR in my WS's car can I get a week out of them? Less or more? Does a really hot car affect the performance of the VAR? The car is parked outside during the day.

Keylogger

Is there a key logger that I can plug into my computer for a wireless keyboard? My husband almost always uses his phone but I'm hoping to catch something. If not, can someone recommend good key logger software?
