Found Old Phone

Question:

I found an old phone of H. I plan to Dr. Phone it tonight, once it's charged. It just hit me, If I signed in with his Apple ID to also receive TXT and all that stuff, would it show on his other devices?

Burner Phone

Is there anyway to find a burner phone? I'm pretty sure my husband has one and have searched high and low, can't find it. Any ideas how to locate it or a phone number?
