Retrieving deleted emails from a phone

Does anyone know of any software that would retrieve emails that have been deleted from an iPhone?

Hotel records

Does anyone know if it's possible to access hotel records to check if a booking was made on a particular night. Unfortunately, it would be from December 2012, but I'm kind of desperate to find out if they met that night. FWS vehemently denies that they did, but I need some sort of evidence to give me peace.

Retrieving deleted yahoo emails

I was doing some snooping yesterday and discovered that between Jan 14 and December 14 FWS exchanged 212 emails with OW. She has never disclosed to me that they emailed - just Facebook and whatsapp. It has been a huge source of pain and frustration for me that she deleted all of this so I've never been able to read them. She changed her phone number so can't access whatsapp on Dr Fone.

So now, I see there were emails. Is there any software that can recover them? I tried googling but it didn't seem hopeful.
