Old Verizon cell records

My WH and I used to have the same Verizon Wireless account under his phone number. A few months after D-Day, he separated his phone out from ours so his number is no longer with mine.

Do I have a right to look at our old phone bills that we had when we shared account? If so, how far back can I go? D-Day was 8/4/14. I want to look back a year to see when he first contacted the OW.

Call OW's phone number for me?

My WH left me for the OW. He now lives with her. My son said he pays for her cell bill and I know he is writing off his cell bill as a business write off. I know what her number was as of D-Day. I have never called her. I am curious if it's still her number now? Would anyone be willing to call it for me with an untraceable phone number?

Best VoiceAR to use?

I purchased a VAR and returned it. It was too difficult to figure out. Can anyone recommend which VAR is simple and straightforward to use?
