Recovering Deleted crap

Apologies if these are frequently asked questions-tried to wade through the investigative tips thread but was overwhelmed. I have my WH old iPhone he used as well as access to Mac book and iPad--are there recovery programs for deleted emails? I used the Dr. Fone for texts and only recovered bits and pieces--any help would be appreciated. Is it worth it to take these devices to a computer forensics expert?

Best way to set up alternate e-mail

Well just found a link on my WH's history for "Fitness Singles meet" and have decided I want to join it and try and see if he is on it. Any suggestions for most discreet alternate e-mail options? And do you have to give our real name when signing up? ANy help is appreciated.

Ugh I am technically challenged it's ridiculous. I have his old iphone and am trying to use DR fone to recover deleted stuff but am getting no where. Also purchased VAR and GPS devices and can't figure them out!! Anyone near lake havasu Arizona that could help in person?

Anonymous email acct

Can anyone give advice on the best anonymous email ? I need one very temporarily--think there are some ones that "disappear" after a short time--anyone have info? Thanks!
