Messenger - Facebook? Instagram?

Is there any way to monitor secret messages from Facebook Messenger I don't even need to see what they messages are saying, I just want to know if this feature is being used. I posted a week back that I discovered my wife was using this on Facebook with an ex-boyfriend. I confronted them both and their stories collaborated independently.. But I just can't see any reason for them to be sending secret messages unless there was something I needed to worry about. And I have no way of knowing if they're continuing to use it or not so I'm really wondering is there anyway to monitor this? I know the feature can be disabled, but what I really want to know is if I can safely trust again.

Also, I discovered they had also used instagram messaging feature a least once. There was nothing concerning their, but I'm not sure if there are old messages that have been deleted. I also found that you can send an image that goes away after sending using instagram, is there any way to monitor this for use, or to find old messages.

I've used Dr. Phone already to search her phone and found no old messages. Any advice or tips are apprciated. Thanks!

Share a Joke

If laughter is the best medicine, and we are all in various stages of recovery, thought a joke thread might be enjoyable. IMHO, the worse the pun the better the joke.

Why did the farmer ask the pony if she felt sick

Because she was a little hoarse
