Catfish! Help and suggestions please

I am honestly posting for a friend. This is long but help is seriously needed.

A friend of mine has been going through a very difficult time. Her husband left her for another woman - "didn't love her anymore", same old story. She is a bright and extremely successful woman, attractive and typically cautious.

She met a man online and has been seeing him for about 2 months. She's never been to his apt (red flag!), never met his family (red flag 2).

He's gotten tickets to concerts through his job and has cancelled right before with stories about delayed flights, business emergencies etc. Cancelled other costly public event with other crazy excuses.

He had no social media presence until she started to ask many questions. Now he has a FB page with no friends and she's still ok with it.

Now he says he's in the hospital with heart issues. Called hospital, there's no one there by that name. He told her she couldn't see him because she makes his heart flutter. (i know this sound pathetic but she's buying it).

I went onto his FB page and tried to find him through his image. Not sure I'm doing it correctly but he seems to be a ghost.

She has a great job and money and we are afraid he is going to get it all. She's absolutely in denial so an intervention won't work, we need proof. Any advice on how to do a deep search on his photo?

Googled his name and alleged HS and College, nothing.

Any suggestions appreciated.

finding a vin number

This is totally unrelated to WS. My parked car was hit the other night while parked. Police came and took report and got insurance information. Called the insurance company and they don't have this person listed as having insurance with them. Trying other ways to get information.

I have the license plate number but need the VIN.

Any suggestions?
