Like the title says, do you have any books or sites you'd recommend for a person struggling with low self-esteem based on dissatisfaction with thier bodies.

I have a friend who thinks she has an extremely ugly and crooked nose, even though EVERYONE is telling her nose is completely nice (and it is:)), and also thinks she's fat and ugly (and she's not, she's average weight, around 60 kilograms. She asked me if I have any books/material to recommend to her for her to work on her self-esteem issues. She's 24 y/o.

So, my trusted brain-trust of SI, do you have any book recommendations for me to pass on to her?:)

10 Days to Self Esteem by David Burns is generally about improving self esteem, not particularly about body image. I worked through it a few years ago at the recommendation of my IC and it really helped me with my anger problem. I highly recommend it.
