Actually launched this version on Friday 9/17 but had additional stuff to push out including the solution for the conflict between the URL Rewrite Module and 301 Permanent Redirects. /forums.asp was redirecting on tid querystring. However archived Topics were not able to resolve because the Permanent Redirect is not supporting the URL Rewrite. Updated /forums.asp to look in archives in the event that the Topic is not found.
Disable icons on anonymous messages. (all but the edit button). Change condition of seeing the "report issue" to u.MemberLevel > 1 so veteran members have the ability to report.
