I would love to help with number 11 also. It has been unbelievable.

I'd be willing to proofread. I'm also a BS and a child whose dad had an affair if you need any perspective there.

I did not realize how old this thread was!

What about a conflict avoidant WS who Is regretful, yet can't / won't seem to do the work to help the relationship heal?

I have some personal experience here!

This book needs to be written....OMG! Imagine all the people it could save!! It could be The Bible of Understanding Infidelity!

This thread is 12 yrs old? Has this book come out?

hopefulkate posted 4/25/2018 08:13 AM

Agreed! Did this happen?

Also - types of Affairs - this one is ALMOST ALWAYS IGNORED IN ALL BOOKS SO I WAS GOING TO WRITE MY OWN:

Re-enactment Affairs - when the Why is because of childhood sexual abuse. Ask me how i know...

The content is similar but different. The healing is similar but different.

1 in 5 books/sites may give a 'nod' to this type, but it accounts for up to 10% of A at least!!! In the I can relate forum we are on the 3rd string.

Yes, i have a bee in my bonnet
