Your DD should not be used as a courier for checks. But because she is fully involved in this, she feels she has the right to offer up her opinion on your spending habits. You need to shut that shit down tonight. Tonight.

As for the actual money? I don't know what to tell you. Is he in town? Do you have a court order regarding this money?

NG, I have a very concrete separation agreement in place. He is in a nearby town. I have legal representation. He currently does not.
I DO NOT want my dd involved, but what are some ideas to stop this? I just bought her a new car w/ the understanding she was returning to college. Wh gave her a fluff job in his business instead and she is jow pregnant and thinks life is just great.
